WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Free delivery within a 30km radius of Micheldever.

Charges below apply for deliveries outside this area.

 

  • £8.99 for orders 1-6 bottles,

  • £11.99 for 7- 12 bottles,

  • £19.50 for 13 - 24 bottles,

  • £25.95 for 25  + bottles​

  • Northern Scotland & Ireland from £18.55

 

If you would like your order delivered outside the UK mainland, please contact us for special pricing.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours, unless we are away searching out new wines to add to our list, in which case they may take a little longer.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

We are happy to offer a full refund for any unopened bottles provided they are returned to us in the same condition. We do not offer a collection service so you will need to make your own arrangements for the return of goods.

I'D LIKE TO ORDER SEVERAL CASES FOR A PARTY, CAN I RETURN ANY UNOPENED BOTTLES?

Absolutely. Any unopened bottles will be refunded provided they are returned to us in the same condition. However no credit will be given on any delivery charges incurred in returning the unused bottles.
