Oven temperature

190°c/170°c fan – 375°f – Reg 5

Steps

Preparation

  1. Peel and mince the garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Combine the spices then season the tenderloin all over.

  2. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  3. Brown, the tenderloin in a pan so just coloured then put in a hot oven for 15 minutes until the pork is just cooked don’t overcook as it will be tough.

  4. Let the pork rest for about 10 minutes and slice.

Cooks tips

This dish can be cooked in the oven or put it on the BBQ just be sure it is cooked all the way through

Serve with

French bean and orange salad
