Preparation
Make the sauce by adding all ingredients except water together.
Instructions
Brush the salmon with the prepared sauce and leave in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Light the BBQ while the fish is marinating!
Place the rest of the sauce and water into a saucepan and lightly heat until it thickens
When the BBQ is at the correct temperature place the salmon on the grill and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
Cooks tips
You can prepare this in advance as it will last 2 days in the refrigerator.
