Introduction
This is a scrumptious sauce that can be used with many recipes our favourite is with Goat’s cheese ravioli

Steps
Preparation
Peel and chop onion and garlic.
Chop thyme and parsley
Wipe and slice tomatoes
Grate parmesan cheese.
Instructions
Melt butter and add onion until translucent then add the garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the flour and stir for approx. 2 minutes, slowly adding tomato puree and mustard powder.
Slowly add the stock stirring all the time, and add the cream cheese and tomatoes.
Bring to a boil for approx. 10 minutes until the tomatoes are just cooked add the cream slowly and bring to boiling point. Allow to simmer until the sauce is at the consistency you need for your recipe.
Use parsley to garnish
Cooks tips
If you can make the sauce a day in advance and the flavours develop, warm it and add to your dish so good if you have guests.
