Introduction

Easy biscuits to make and everyone loves them!

Oven temperature

180°c/160°c fan – 350°f – Reg 4

Steps

Preparation

  1. Measure all the ingredients

  2. Lightly grease baking tray

Instructions

  1. Put sugar, butter and honey into a pan and very gently melt all together

  2. Put oats, flour and ginger into a bowl and mix together

  3. Once the butter mixture is melted and all combined pour onto oat mixture.

  4. Combine all and put a spoonful of mixture onto prepared baking tray

  5. Slightly flatten each spoonful and make sure there is room for the biscuits to spread.

  6. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Take out of oven allow to cool slightly and put onto a tray for them to cool and harden

Cooks tips

These biscuits are very simple to make and sometimes I make them to make an oat base to a cheesecake

Serve with

A cup of coffee!
