7 Springs Vineyard is a premium wine producer, situated on the R320 Hemel en Aarde Valley road, between the seaside town of Hermanus and the spa town of Caledon. The vineyard nestles between Shaws Mountain to the north and the Teslaarsdal Mountain Range to the south, with Walker Bay and the Atlantic Ocean beyond these mountains. It is this oceanic influence, coupled with our shale derived soils, known locally as Bokkeveld Shale, that gives our vines the potential to produce exceptional grapes from both north and south facing vineyards.

The Bellevue Wine Estate started out as a livestock farm long before it made history as the center of commercial pinotage cultivation in South Africa. Our characteristic, closely planted bush vines lends itself naturally to sustainable, biodynamic cultivation, while delivering fruit with intense and concentrated flavour.
Dirkie Morkel and Wilhelm Kritzinger incorporate the harvests of these old vines with innovative production methods to produce award-winning wines.
Dirkie Morkel Viticulturist says
“You cannot make good wine with bad grapes. My job and responsibility is to ensure that only the best quality grapes get to the cellar to enable the winemaker to create wines we can be proud of”

Seymour Pritchard bought the 10-hectare farm, Malvern Heights, in 1969 from Colonel JW Billingham, who had named the farm after the rolling hills around Malvern in his native England.
Clos Malverne practices a careful “handmade” style of winemaking, with minimum interference by the winemaking staff. They are one of only a handful of wineries in the world that remain true to the traditional and time-honoured way of using a Basket Press. Basket pressing is one of the oldest methods of pressing grapes.
The Devon Valley microclimate is key to the quality of grapes grown on Clos Malverne. Although the valley is shallow it acts as a natural receptacle for the morning summer mists that linger around Stellenbosch. The valley is cooler than surrounding areas, significantly lengthening the ripening season, and resulting in very ripe grapes. The vineyards are mostly planted on the gently sloping terrain of the valley.

The search for the perfect terroir and quality grapes led Melissa Genevieve Nelson to Bot River, and there she discovered a beautiful pocket of Chardonnay, located in the Van der Stel Pass. Determined from the outset to make a sparkling wine of unsurpassed quality, and to continue to do so each year, Melissa’s original vision soon became a well-received reality. The first vintage produced in 2008 and released in 2010. After a very successful year, Melissa decided to double production and make this her business.
Old Chardonnay vineyards with quality yields and then extensive time on the lees ensures elegant characteristics and style as well as increased availability. In 2017, a combined need of wanting to create a home for Genevieve MCC to host visitors and a fondness of the valley lead her to purchasing the farm where Geneveive is now. Continueing to develop the farm with the same passion as she makes the Genevieve MCC, with lots of love, hard work and time for pleasure to enjoy where we are and who we are.

The exclusive winery of Peter Falke is nestled against the majestic slopes of the Helderberg mountains in the heart of the Stellenbosch winelands, South Africa.
Groenvlei Farm is home to rambling magenta bougainvillea, delicate scented roses and wild lavender growing alongside carefully cultivated vineyards.
Dating back to the 18th century, the traditional gabled Cape Dutch buildings of the wine estate belie a contrasting modernity within. The stately old homestead is partnered by a "boutique" winery, contemporary wine tasting room and luxurious outdoor lounge which have established Peter Falke Wines as the most elegant and serene sundowner retreat in the winelands.
The Falke family has been doing business in South Africa since 1969. Peter Falke was born in Germany. His dream to own a farm came true when he acquired Groenvlei in 1995.

The Silverthorn Story
In the middle of winter, when the vines have shed the last of their amber leaves and roots are drawing their strength for summer; when the grey-green veld sparkles after the rain and the tallest peaks of the Riviersonderend mountains are dusted in snow, it is the striking silhouette of the Karroo Acacia, with its profusion of dazzling white thorns, that commands attention.
It is this image of one of the Karoo’s most prolific thorn trees that inspired the name Silverthorn Wines. Silverthorn has become synonymous with our ethos of Afropean synergy, combining old-world European heritage and knowledge; and our contemporary African environment and culture. The story-telling and imagery, with each product we have released, have become an important Silverthorn feature.

Spijker & Bessie are wines born of neighbourly love, a sense of humour, the compassion of Stellenbosch winemaking celebrities, and, most importantly, a passion for wine.
In 2020 Annelie decided to add Sauvignon Blanc to the Malbec already being produced, and what started out as a fun family endeavour quickly evolved into a difficult scenario as the reality of the COVID-19 lockdown period dawned on us – no wine sales for months!
As a long-time resident of Stellenbosch, I’m fortunate to have a large number of thirsty friends and family members. When the alcohol sales prohibition was repealed, she was finally able to release her two “wine babies” into the world.
The wines were named “wine babies” and are doing something unique from the outset. A name that is easy to pronounce and without the pretentiousness that often intimidates wine buyers. Who would have thought that two beloved bovines would lend their names to the creation of Spijker & Bessie?
Initially, the plan was to sell the wine to friends and family, but with rising demand, who knows where these two bovines will end up. We are so glad they will be available in the UK in the summer of 2023

Stony Brook's winemaking philosophy is firmly rooted in the old-world style - they have drawn inspiration from some of the most revered wine regions across Europe.
While the approach to winemaking is traditional, the outlook on planting and assemblage is an exploratory one, allowing the winemaker to find a unique way to express the soil and climate of this remarkable site in Franschhoek.
Here they produce a large array of wines, but all are made in small volumes, each expressing a unique sense of place and balance.
