Noble Hill Wine Estate

Noble Hill is an organic estate grower on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains.
They follow a regenerative farming philosophy and make delicate, fresh wines with mineral structure. The Simonsberg mountains, where the vineyards are located, have produced South Africa’s finest wines for more than 300 years.
The farming philosophy arises naturally the grapes grow year after year from the same vines, it is recognised the vital importance of improving the natural ecosystem. Organic farming means that no pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic chemicals are used in the vineyards. Here they have regenerative farming which means that they rehabilitate degraded areas, set aside land for wilderness, and support the development of holistic ecosystems encompassing soil, climate, flora, and fauna.
