Stony Brook's winemaking philosophy is firmly rooted in the old-world style - they have drawn inspiration from some of the most revered wine regions across Europe.
While the approach to winemaking is traditional, the outlook on planting and assemblage is an exploratory one, allowing the winemaker to find a unique way to express the soil and climate of this remarkable site in Franschhoek.
Here they produce a large array of wines, but all are made in small volumes, each expressing a unique sense of place and balance.
