Oven temperature
Pre-heat oven 200°c fan 180°c – 400°f – Reg 6
Steps
Use frying pan which is safe to go into oven.
Melt butter with oil and cook potato after 5 mins add onion until both just tender (brown potato a little – looks more appetizing).
If prawns uncooked fry until they just change colour.
Whisk eggs with sour cream add chopped dill.
Add to pan and stir very gently,
Cook on top for 10minutes, then put in oven for 15 minutes.
Stand for a while before cutting into tapas size pieces.
Cooks tips
I make this in advance and serve as a canapé either warm or cold in a small paper case – easy to eat and hold a glass as the same time!
